btw those santa boxes work out at 4.75 each witht he P&P from qvc and I saw some very simlar in town and thougt 2,50 was steep and they had tags and tissue with them :rolleyes: off to count my pennies and see if I can use that stale bread for something:D

I have only ever seen these boxes on QVC. The can slot quite nicely into any of the christmas shows although Lindy did have his own show once

Dilemma time! I need to start thinking about wrapping pressies so I really must order my boxes soon. Whats the dilemma? Well SCW said he had more sets on his list than I found but he no longer has the list and I still can't find anymore. I definitely need some boxes so do I wait until they appear or go for it and hope I don't regret it?

Yes I have got mine!
I think they are gorgeous although some of them do have some small marks on them, but I won't be sending them back. I think it may be to do with the flocking process.
They all fit one inside the other which is handy, but doesn't explain the excessive p&p!
They did come via courier though

Just to let you know that almost all the marks on the boxes I managed to remove using my sticky dots remover. You just have to be careful with the flocking but I'm even happier now!!

My friend bought me the flocked set for my birthday because I will be using them for storage not giving them away. There are a couple of marks on the boxes but nothing to worry about. I think I have a sticky dots remover somewhere so will have to try to see if it works.

You really wouldn't be disappointed Marie. I ordered the gift wrap in a snap last week as I loved it last year. Saw the airing of it yesterday and its even better this year, flocked, foiled and glitttered!! Can't wait for it to arrive. Also have 2 sets of boxes on cheque hold while I work out which sizes I need. Some of those Lindy Bowman stuff looks gorgeous - thank you for the heads up Jeanette. I had the sequinned boxes last year which I put truffles in as take home gifts for guests we had for dinner around Christmas last year. They went down very well, though there were some people who thought I had made them myself, so I had to admit I hadn't. I also got the gift wrap in a snap from the outlet shop two or three years ago and that was great too. I love the flocked, foiled and glittered stuff, but am a bit put off the wrap, as I bought something similar last year (not from QVC) to wrap my pressies and I couldn't get the parcels to stay sealed. So much choice though. Hmm, what shall I buy next?

Not sure their will be any more new items though as Lindy has quite a few in stock now. My Lindy Bowmans arrived today while I was at work. They are simply gorgeous, really solid, fabulously patterned boxes. There's a fair bit of flocking mess to be removed, but that's not an issue. I just love them! :)
