velvet ribbon

I quite fancy the christmas velvet ribbon but wondered if anyone has had if previously and if so what did you think?

I have them, SugarPlum and they are lovely :)! They are very narrow, but I have a technique where I layer different textures of ribbon and they work beautifully with that. Velvet ribbon is expensive, so I think that this is a good deal esp if you are a CAC member and with free P&P!

Earlier today they (can't remember who exactly :rolleyes: ) were showing the velvet ribbons and the satin ribbons and were saying they'd paid 89p a metre for similar ribbon at a market. Must be a bliddy posh market. (Or were they lying?)

That's probably what my lcs charges, bog standard narrow ribbon is 45p a metre :eek:
My sister had these ones and used some on a card for me, they really are lovely. *Must not get tempted.*

Lovely velvet ribbon and the colours are so pretty. Like a boxed rainbow in my cupboard!
And one of each colour rather than two of each with the organza set.But that is also very nice to workk with.
