Your brayering is masterly. You used a resist did you? Tips please - my brayering is a little messy (yes, I use a Big n Juicy lol)
Thanks in advance

yes i used a versamark pad, i left it to dry for a good 20 minutes or so, maybe a bit more, i think that makes the difference. Also, leave it to dry before wiping the ink off the resisted parts (sorry if that sounded patronising LOL)and then i just followed what Barbara Gray does, ink the brayer, get rid of some ink on copy paper, do a wheelie, and then brayer, making sure to flick it often. I hope some of that helps, in all honesty, i think practise is the most important thing :)

Lovely card, I'm sure your mum will be over the moon with it. You've inspired me to find my brayer and wipe the dust off it, then try and figure what to do with it lol!

I'm sure your Mum will love this - mine would! Your brayering gets better and better and it's really interesting to see it as a background to a different style of crafting to Barbara Gray's and working equally as well.

That is an absolutely delightful card CA, beautifully made & pretty with a capital P!
Your mum will be both delighted & hugely impressed I'm sure - I opened the thread expecting to see a very nice card (obviously! lol) but my first reaction was to just smile & say 'Ooh!' out loud & I reckon that will be your mum's reaction too! :flower:

Lovely card. I really like how you have reversed the colours on the layers. Really effective.
