Quickutz Silhouette

I posted a thread about the problems I am having reinstalling my silhouette after my computer broke down under cd rom crafting. I desperately need help with this and can't find a customer support number anywhere. I have downloaded the new silhouette studio software succesfully and re downloaded my shapes from the website. The problem I have is actually installing the machine to my comp which is vista. The original installation disc is not working, any help please? Should I remove everything first then try the disc or is something now missing from my pc after coming back from repair. It was fine before. The model I have is the old version that was a qvc tsv a few years ago.

Karriepie, email the american help desk. I had issues as well but emailed them directly and they were very helpful.

Thanks Dips, I'd just done that after finding it on the software installed, do hope they'll sort me out, hate it when comps go wrong and everything has to go back on.

My computer is Vista and is fine with the Quickutz Silhouette software, mine's a TSV one too :D

I hope they get you all sorted
