Have been finding my way around ok (I think!) but having trouble visiting a crafting website.
Please could someone tell me if there's a particular thread or sub-forum to post in for problems like this?

never heard of a section for that part

If you go to the forum homepage and then page down, there is a section near the bottom called My Favourite Craft Sites. Pop it in there and I'm sure you'll get some response. :)
