I was just wondering if anyone has a Canon Pixma MG6150 printer, please? What do you think of it, and most importantly, will it print on 350gsm card? I've got a HP at the moment which is a great printer, but it's front feed, and won't do card.
Thanks.

This probably doesn't help much, but my Canon Pixma MP550 takes 300gsm card from the rear feed. Have never tried 350gsm card with it. Cxx

Just in case someone is wondering about this printer in the future I thought I'd update that I did buy it and it's fab. It prints on 350gsm card without any trouble and does lovely quality photos. I'm really pleased with it.
Hi Lynne, I personally think that all Canon printers are very good, I've got two quite old ones one is a Pixma MP600 and the other is a Canon Selphy both extremely good. I've tried other makes and IMO nothing can compare.
I think I got the Canon bug from my hubby lol. He's got a thing about Canon cameras. lol
Really glad you are pleased with yours too.

So I checked out daughter's printer and it is a Canon Pixma MP140 so as they dont have the instruction manual where you get all the specs I went on the internet and it says the max paper/card weight you can use is 28lb which equates to 105 gsm apparently. However, it then goes on to say this is for paper which is not Canon's own brand. All my photo paper is a minimum of 130 gsm for the matt and 190gsm for the glossy and satin so I suppose all I can do is hook it up and feed the paper through weight by weight until I get to the maximum. Unless of course one of you lovely ladies has the MP140 and can let me know what weight of paper and cardstock you use with it please?
