They are very very slow janj but things do arrive.I think they use the dreaded citypost. I've only once had a problem with a product being faulty and their customer services sorted it out for me straight away. I've had many orders from there and everything's been fine -just very slow.

And with the snow even slower, no post today at my house, and I always get stuff via Royal Mail
from my head office on a Sat.
The outer packaging was also damaged and was not secure. I have ordered from two other craft website other than this one and C&cC within the last two weeks and have received the goods complete and promptly .

I've ordered from Steph's site a few times and everything has always arrived within a few days, in fact I think I need to order from there again soon, why have I got no self control? I see something I haven't got and get tempted, oh well all the bills have been paid this month so I can spend a little bit with a clear conscience.

Corr... she does have a finger in every pie (so to speak) doesn't she? No moss on a rolling stone and all that. I somehow think the news will be bigger than that, although this is still very good news for her. Perhaps another reason for departing from QVC, I couldn't imagine them letting her work for Hobbycraft as well as them.
Steph had said on her blog way back in December if I remember rightly that she had exciting plans for 2013. Certainly doesn't sound as though her business is failing. I've not checked out her cupcake site yet, bit hard to find. Not sure it is wise to visit anyway until I have reached target weight!
