      What a wonderful man you have! Someone who obviously loves you very much and doesn't take you for granted. Having said that, you are a wonderful wife to him too with the care and kindness you have given him with his illness - you deserve one another!

      Let's hope that things keep improving and you have many more birthdays to celebrate together.
