Nothing in the post again today.
I've ended up in bed as I feel really awful, I don't know why I feel so ill. I feel really nauseous and very tired. Hubby is just about to leave for his hospital appointment. He's taking a taxi just in case he can't drive home.

Oh my, it doesn't rain but pours down for you PJP, hope you feel better as the day goes on, keep warm & snug. Hope Michael goes on ok with his treatment, I bet he'll be very sore for some days but I do hope it works for him. ((Hugs)) to you both.

Susan your second lot of ATCs arrived today - post marked the 13th so I assume they're the second batch.

My back is slightly better today - enough for me to move around if I'm careful and thankfully I haven't felt ill again.
Great news about Michael's shoulder! He can use it quite freely without any soreness or pain. He actually took the oven apart this morning, replaced the element that blew on Sunday, cleaned the inside of the oven and put it back together! I've told him he's not to do anymore today so that he doesn't over do it. I'm not really sure what they did at the hospital but it involved stripping something from the joint. They'll see how he gets on with it and will consider doing the left one in the future. He's taken hardly any pain killers today - normally he has to take 4 doses of really strong tablets to get through the day. It's about time the poor thing has had some respite from it all. This time last year he was in intensive care having had the second operation after the first one came undone.

Aww that's marvellous PJP, I thought the strain of making it better would leave it so sore - hope the other one gets done for him too. Bet he has a chuckle in that mending and cleaning the oven makes him back to 'normal' LOL !! Glad you feel better too, take it easy PJP.

Thanks JM. He was a little sore when he got home yesterday. Luckily he went by taxis because I don't think he would have been very comfortable driving home. It's like living with a different person! He's been unwell for so long - around 18 months or more. And he's a lot happier as well, a lot more upbeat than he has been. He hasn't even had a nap today - the first time in well over a year.
