    I took this up with a store once
    I was told that the money is held for 7 days before it goes to their bank
    So they can’t refund it before then
    Odd they can take it from your account within seconds

    I was disappointed with my gift too - it was a set of those stamps which seem to move when you move the acetate sheet thing put over the top of them - exactly the same stamp I was underwhelmed to get in the goody bag at Ally Pally!!!

    I gather several folks have had this as well, they too were somewhat unimpressed. It would appear that they have been sending out unsold stock, or even returned stock, just to get rid of it. Why they couldn't send me something from their clearance section instead of refunding my postage I have no idea.
